Where Would I Most Like to Travel? Why?

I would like to travel to Antarctica. Specifically, I would like to ascend Vinson Massif which is the tallest mountain on the continent of Antarctica. I want to do this because I think it would be the extreme adventure of a lifetime. Being the most remote continent in the world, it would be a wonderful test of my ability to survive in the most adverse conditions. I want to know if I can do it and more importantly, I want to have fun trying.

My Favorite Meal?

A platter of different meats, cheeses, condimints, and some sort of artisan bread would be the start to my evening. My favorite thing to do with food is try different combinations of ingredients. Having a platter of cheese, meat and condimints that I have never tried allows me to have an entirely new experience every time I take a bite. With the plater, I would have a local seasonal beer. For example, in the fall, I would have a pumpkin ale. I love having different seasons and love their effects on what we eat and make.  After the end of my platter exploration, I would enjoy a chocolate dumpling with far too much sauce. To top off the dessert, I would have a glass of whole milk. Chocolate dumplings were a favorite of my childhood and remain a staple in my dessert preferences. I would have milk with it because sweets and milk are one of my favorite combinations of food and drink. Finally, after my dessert was complete I would top the ultimate meal out with a small glass of tawny port simply because I love the taste and in all likelyhood ate too much.
